Graffiti at the City of Pembroke’s waterfront
Pembroke/Renfrew County Crime Stoppers and the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are asking for the publics’ assistance in solving an act of criminal mischief.
On May 26, 2017 police responded to a complaint of mischief, in the form of graffiti, at the City of Pembroke’s waterfront recreational area. It was discovered that sometime during the overnight hours of May 25 to May 26 someone had spray painted the boardwalk and a gondola at the City’s waterfront area. The spray painting consisted of what appeared to be a broken heart with two angel wings. The suspect(s) also used spray paint to write “You don’t bleed forever” followed by the initials H.M. “SB” was also spray painted on the side of a gondola. Photos of the graffiti are attached.
