OPP Investigate Break & Enter In Laurentian Valley

The Crime Unit of the Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a break and enter to a residence on Round Lake Road in Laurentian Valley Township which occurred on the evening of Tuesday, March 27, 2018. 

The property owner returned home at approximately 930pm and interrupted a break and enter in progress. The homeowner sustained serious injuries after he was assaulted by the suspect. The suspect then stole the victim’s vehicle and fled the scene. The vehicle, which had been burned, was recovered a short time later on Round Lake Road.
