OPP INVESTIGATE FAIL TO REMAIN COLLISION
(PEMBROKE, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating a fail to remain motor vehicle collision that occurred at the intersection of Pembroke Street West and Prince Street in the City of Pembroke. The collision took place at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 8, 2020. An older model extended cab GMC truck, blue and grey in colour, struck an SUV at the intersection and failed to remain. The truck, which may have front end damage, fled the scene northbound on Prince Street and was last observed traveling eastbound on Lake Street. Police are seeking assistance from the public to identify the truck and its driver. The occupants of the SUV were not injured. A photo of the truck police are seeking to identify is attached.
