(HEAD-CLARA-MARIA TWP, ON) – The Upper Ottawa Valley (UOV) Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is currently investigating after the remains of a deceased dog were found floating in Mackey Creek in Head, Clara, and Maria Township. The large black dog, similar to a Labrador Retriever, was found on the morning of Tuesday September 14, 2021 by a citizen in the area near the boat launch.
